1. Scope of Terms

2. Products & Services

We offer handmade western-style full-grain leather bags for women, including hobo bags, tote bags, backpacks, crossbody bags, and messenger bags.

  • All product descriptions, images, and specifications on the Site are for reference only and may vary slightly due to handcrafting.
  • We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time without prior notice.
  • We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately, but cannot guarantee that your device's display will perfectly reflect the actual product.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices on the Site are listed in USD, inclusive of applicable taxes (where required).
  • Shipping fees: Free standard international shipping on orders over $240 USD. Orders under $240 USD will be charged a flat-rate shipping fee at checkout.
  • Accepted payment methods: We only accept PayPal payments for all orders.
  • Payment is charged at the time of order placement. We reserve the right to cancel orders if payment is not successfully processed.
  • We are not responsible for any currency conversion fees or bank charges imposed by your financial institution.

4. Order Process

  • To place an order, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information for all required fields.
  • A contract between you and us is formed when we send you an order confirmation email, not at the time of order placement.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to: product availability, errors in pricing or product information, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms.
  • You may modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase by contacting customer service. Once the order has been shipped, modifications or cancellations are not permitted.

5. Complaints & Warranty

  • We stand behind the quality of our handmade leather products. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may file a complaint by contacting us at QDyutuTrade@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • For eligible complaints, we will offer a repair, replacement, or full refund at our discretion, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
  • This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized repair.

6. User Obligations

By using the Site, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current personal and payment information when placing an order or creating an account.
  • Use the Site only for lawful purposes, in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.
  • Not to misuse, abuse, or attempt to defraud the Site, including but not limited to: hacking, distributing malware, submitting false orders, or interfering with the Site's security.
